About the Event
On Thursday evening, we start with the usual Opening Circle, continuing on Friday morning with the reflection and meditation on the accomplished holotropic work. In the afternoon, the first holotropic breathwork follows...
On Saturday, we start the day again with reflection to the holotropic work done so far, followed by another holotropic breathwork in the afternoon...
Sunday is entirely dedicated to additional integration activities.
We ask you to bring your mandalas, holotropic journals and all additional recordings of your holotropic journeys and the holotropic work as a whole, on which you would like to put an emphasis at this workshop.
This workshop offers one experience as a breather and one as a sitter.
