Cancellation Policy: 70 € of your payment for the workshop is a non-refundable processing fee.

If you cancel the workshop more than 14 days in advance, the total amount paid minus the 70 Euro cancellation fee will be refunded.

If you cancel the workshop within 6 - 14 days before the starting date, there is no refund, but you can use the total amount paid minus the 70 Euro cancellation fee as a voucher for any of our workshops during the following 4 years.

If you cancel the workshop within 5 days before the starting date, there is no refund.

In case of the cancellation of the workshop by the organizers, we will refund you the full registration fee.

 

Please, DO NOT make any payments or bookings before you receive confirmation of your participation from the organizer.

Substance use policy: Use of any non-prescription drugs or other illegal substances is not permitted during the workshop or at the workshop site. Anyone using such drugs or substances during the workshop or at the workshop site will not be allowed to attend the workshop.

By sending the registration form it will be assumed that you agree with the above terms.
