imagine taking your integration to a whole new level that is immensely efficient and fun at the same time.

As holonauts - travelers into the infinite depths and mysteries of your soul - you know that your unconscious mind is that limitless part of you that is your creative genius. It contains resources that can help you solve any problem, brings great insights and revelations, and can 'talk' to you about any topic on a symbolic level.

Some call this part of our soul the Universal Mind, the Higher Mind, or the Subconscious Mind, but whatever the terminology, it is the part that holds infinite treasures. You have already discovered them through the Holotropic Breathing workshops, why not make these treasures part of your everyday life?!

So that after the holotropic experience you can keep all the fruits of the holotropic work you did in the workshop and build on this work even after the workshop, it is necessary to create a strong connection between your conscious mind, the mind that takes care of everyday thinking, and your unconscious mind. This is a skill that will improve your life in truly amazing ways.

At the Holotropic Breathwork workshop itself, despite the fact that

we take care of as much and as good integration as possible during the workshop and do our best to provide detailed instructions for integration after the workshop, we notice that, unfortunately, too many holonauts run out of resources and consequently the will to work continuously.

We believe that group support is very important in holotropic work. It can quickly happen, if we stay alone in the integration, that we get stuck in our own narrow circles and lose the necessary breadth and flexibility for real progress.

In order to "kill both birds with one stone", we invite you to join the Integration Circles, which will take place in the form of 3-hour meetings; partly via Zoom, partly in our center. The special Integration Circle will be a 3-day Integration Workshop of Holotropic Breathwork, with many integration activities and a single holotropic experience (1+1)...

Integration rounds will be held approximately once a month on Monday evenings from 5:30 to 7:45 p.m. The first 45 minutes will be dedicated to sharing experiences, mutual help, your questions and wishes that arose during the two meetings.

For the next two hours, we will acquire new integration knowledge and skills together.

At the integration rounds, we will first get to know ourselves with the help of the 3D Enneagram system, which I have been developing for several years. Through the 3D Enneagram, you will learn to get to know yourself more deeply and better and, as a result, also choose suitable integration techniques for optimal results.

This will be followed by learning and training to safely enter various trance states and work with mentalization techniques of self-hypnosis, learning and practicing effective forms of meditation, all in connection with your personality structure.

Some meetings will take place via Zoom, and for some we will meet at the Velosimed center in Kokra.

Travel Details

It is very easy to get to Center Velosimed in Kokra valley. It is located only 22 km from Ljubljana International Airport, Kranj railway station, and highway E61, connecting Ljubljana and Salzburg. Everything is close, yet distant enough not to disturb the serenity of the place. We can pick you up from the Airport or Kranj railway station.

Cancelation Policy:

The cancellation fee is € 70,- any time you cancel the workshop.

If you cancel the workshop within 15 days before the starting date, the whole workshop amount will not be refunded, but after deducting the € 70,- cancellation fee it could be applied to any other workshop during the following 4 years.

If you cancel the workshop more than 15 days in advance the total amount (minus the 70 Euro cancellation fee) will be refunded.

In case of cancellation of the workshop, we will refund you the full registration fee.
