What is Holotropic Breathwork:

Holotropic Breathwork™  is a powerful approach to self-exploration and personal empowerment that relies on our innate innerwisdom and its capacity to move us toward positive transformation and wholeness.

Holotropic Breathwork can play an important role in personal and collective  transformation. This method is a powerful approach that combines  breathing, evocative music, and release work to access non-ordinary  states of consciousness and to explore the deeper dimensions of the  psyche.

Breathwork can lead to the healing of previous emotional or physical  trauma, reduction in anxiety and stress, amelioration of symptoms of  depression, emotional expression & release and creative inspiration.

Many people also report that it helps them connect to a deeper  feeling of meaning and purpose in their lives, as well as a greater  feeling of authenticity in their daily life

About the Workshop:

This particular workshop offeres two holotropic sessions and two “sitting” experiences for each participant. GTT certified facilitators hold the space so that you can open up to  inner wisdom and inner healing power of your body and soul in a  completely safe, supportive environment...

Kokra valley, where the workshops take place, is surrounded by  Kamniško-Savinjske Alps, peaceful forests, with wild creeks filling  the crystal clear Kokra river. It is a great place for relaxation,  walks, running, climbing, hiking, or cycling. By spending an extra day  or two, you could even hike some mountains alone or with certified  guides on well-marked trails. Or just relax in the nature, or in our sauna.

Important for GTT students / practitioners: These particular workshops will fulfill the virtual module requirement.

Travel Details:

It is very easy to get to Center Velosimed in Kokra valley. It is located only 22 km from Ljubljana International Airport, Kranj railway station, and highway E61, connecting Ljubljana and Salzburg. Everything is close, yet distant enough not to disturb the serenity of the place. We can pick you up from the Airport or Kranj railway station.

Cancelation Policy:

The cancellation fee is € 70,- any time you cancel the workshop.

If you cancel the workshop more than 15 days in advance, the total amount paid minus the 70 Euro cancellation fee will be refunded.

If you cancel the workshop within 15 days before the starting date, there is no refund, but you can use the total amount paid minus the 70 Euro cancellation fee as a voucher for any of our workshops during the following 4 years.

In case of the cancellation of the workshop by the organizers, we will refund you the full registration fee.
